A few years ago, I had non-open rhinoplasty with silicone in the bridge and autologous cartilage in the tip. I was satisfied, and it matched my aesthetic standards while still looking natural, which I really liked. The only thing is that back then I decided on the surgery date after only meeting the consultation director. I met the doctor for the first time on the day of surgery. Before going into surgery, the doctor looked at my face and raised the silicone bridge height a little more, so I'm satisfied now. If they had used the silicone height set by the consultation director, it would have had no visible effect now and I would have regretted it But now I'm very satisfied
