I went for a consultation because I wanted to have my inner corner surgery redone after it was ruined by another place, but instead of talking based on my eye structure, it felt like they just followed a fixed manual.. Still, there was a good case around me where someone had surgery here and did really well, so since the result matters, I'm torn.
