I went to Mokpo for a consultation to get double eyelids and epicanthoplasty, and they were kind and drew the line well. I didn't actually have surgery and only went for the consultation, but I was pretty satisfied with the consultation. Because of my personal schedule I couldn't get the surgery done, but if I do it later, I'll think about this place.
