They made my bulbous nose look natural and pretty. The director is someone who pursues a natural look, and specializes in breasts and noses. It seems like they have skill, but if you expect a celebrity-style high, sharp nose, you may be disappointed. I wanted something natural, so I am satisfied. It has been 4 years since my surgery now, and I have had no side effects so far.
