Hmm, first of all, I don't get the feeling that the staff are friendly. Even if you make a reservation and go, there's quite a bit of waiting, and the consultation manager basically pushes a prepaid amount almost to the level of hard selling... Even though I said I didn't need it, they kept bringing it up and I was sweating bullets... I stopped going because of the Brazilian procedure, and there still aren't many days when there is a female doctor.
