Review

I went at the scheduled time, but had to wait over an hour because of a complaint before me. So the procedure started almost at closing time. Because of that, when I got Shrink, they did it without numbing cream, and it hurt a lot. I was also taken aback when the doctor said it could be done without numbing cream. For Botox and Shrink, though, I did get a doctor who was quick-handed and quick to catch on, so I was satisfied with the procedure itself. I’m satisfied with the consultation and the results too, but the waiting time was far too long, and it seemed like the hospital didn’t handle complaints very well.
