It's been 5 years since I had it done, and it looks natural. The answer is to do as the director recommends. They really know how to read faces well. I absolutely hated incisional surgery, but thankfully they recommended buried sutures. I wanted an in-line double eyelid, but they strongly recommended in-out because it would look more natural. They said my eyelid-opening strength was weak and I needed ptosis correction, and that if I didn't do it, I'd definitely end up with sleepy-looking eyes and ruin everything. I had buried sutures + ptosis correction together, and if I hadn't done the ptosis correction, it really would have been ruined... I'm glad I listened. But the asymmetry is so upsetting One side turned out so naturally it looks like my own, but the other side has a thicker line and is a bit noticeable Still, with makeup on, it becomes a glamorous eye. When photographed from the back, the asymmetry is really obvious, but I'm still satisfied. But during surgery they laid my head back and tied it up toward the top of my head... when I came out, my hair was a total mess like a fugitive, which was annoying; they should have told me beforehand.
