I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method several years ago, and now the line has dropped a bit compared to then, but it turned out naturally and well! They were kind, and the consultation seemed accurate too. I think they were good at more glamorous lines too, but they looked at me neatly and well without overtreatment.
