This was one of the places I visited for a consultation while researching medial canthoplasty reversal. I was worried that the lacrimal caruncle was somewhat visible and the inner corners opened to a point, making my eyes look fierce. During the consultation, they first examined my current eye condition and asked which part concerned me most. They checked how much of the lacrimal caruncle was visible and the extent of the previous medial canthoplasty, then explained how the inner corners would change if reconstructed. I said I did not want them closed too much and made cramped, and they considered that as well, suggesting a natural approach. I also asked about scars and the recovery period. Overall, the consultation was calm, and I remember that they did not seem to push surgery.
