The clinic was clean and comfortable overall, so my first impression was good. The interior also seemed well maintained, and I had no facility-related discomfort during the consultation. However, I remember the director repeatedly saying that my eyes were relatively small compared with the size of my face. They explained that surgery would improve them compared with now, but the overall result would probably be ordinary and natural-looking. The consultation seemed realistic about what was possible, and that was useful to know. Personally, though, I prefer eyes that are larger, clearer, and more glamorous rather than natural and ordinary, so I felt the proposed direction differed somewhat from what I wanted. The facilities and overall environment were fine, but I think the style I want is most important for eye surgery, so I plan to consult a few more clinics before deciding.
