They did not feel particularly friendly.. Neither the director nor the coordinator was the kind of person who explains things in detail and treats patients warmly, but the clinic was famous and the price was the lowest, so I went ahead and had it done here. You should not go expecting a doll-like eyelid line or anything like that; they tend to trim it into a natural look.
