My concern was dark circles, not under-eye fat. They were not just being formally polite; they were genuinely kind! Of course, the result matters more than kindness, but meeting kind people still feels good, so take note! I wanted to leave information that might help others... The consultation appointment was easy to get and the consultation wait was not long. They said the surgery would be performed under sedation, that nail polish was fine but pedicure polish had to be removed, and that they would spend about an hour examining and preparing before starting surgery.
