I’m going with an in-out double-eyelid crease! I’m planning to open up the inner corners and do an upper canthoplasty together so the inner corners will be fully opened >< I think eyes like Irene’s and Karina’s are the prettiest, and when I searched, I found people call that an in-out crease, so I decided on an in-out crease too lol. But my epicanthal folds are quite pronounced, so if I want the inner line to look smooth, or if I want to prevent it from loosening in advance, they say upper canthoplasty is necessary anyway...
