Summary: Urgently needed revision for sausage eyes, with a very high line. Recommended lowering the line. Had surgery right after the consultation. Lowering the double-eyelid position removed the artificial look and made my eyes look neat. After more than six months, the line scar has improved a lot. I looked into revision surgery right away before becoming severely distressed just because the line was too high and made me look unattractive. The clinic recommended lowering the line. I rejected clinics that kept telling me to do more procedures and chose one that recommended only what could improve the parts I wanted. That is why I had only line lowering. The reason they did not remove the old line was that I had enough excess skin for line lowering alone. They explained that I should practice opening my eyes and tape them properly after surgery. They explained the method in detail, and said that, like removing the old line, a scar can remain at first but gradually improves. They asked me to visit often for postoperative care, which was free regardless of the number of visits. I went every other weekend for care during the first two weeks. Apparently quite a lot of people come often, so I kept going without feeling self-conscious. The swelling went down faster than expected, and as the double eyelids settled lower, the overly wide-eyed look improved. My eyes became much more defined, so I feel the revision went well. Now that it has been over six months, they just feel like my natural eyes, haha. What I liked was how quickly they responded. After surgery there are many things to worry about, and slow replies are frustrating. When I sent a message, they answered quickly, which I appreciated. Next time I will look only for places like this.
