Because of a previous medial canthoplasty, some of the lacrimal caruncle was visible and the inner corners tapered to a point, making my eyes look somewhat fierce. Especially from the front, the inner corners felt too open, so I was conscious of it every time I took photos. After consulting with Dr. Lee Min-jae at Signature, I had 1.2 mm of reconstruction on each side. Before surgery, the inner corners were opened long and the lacrimal caruncle was immediately visible, giving my eyes a sharp impression. Now the front is slightly covered, making them look much rounder. The visible lacrimal caruncle has also decreased compared with before, and fortunately my eyes do not look too cramped. They definitely look softer than before, so I am satisfied!
