This clinic’s appointment time is completely meaningless. After checking in, it’s just an endless series of waiting. When explaining the procedure, they even said, if you’ve had Botox before, you’d know, so skip the explanation and sign first. I signed for the procedure, paid, and complained because they still didn’t call me, but the clinic gave no apology at all. The effect was not very good either. It seems they’re operating under a new name now. I’m never going again.
