I made a consultation appointment and went. They asked if I had a booking, and when I said yes, they helped me check in at the kiosk. But maybe because something got missed, I ended up waiting more than an hour, and then they said the director had already left for the day, so the consultation manager hurriedly did the consultation for me. (There were so many people and it was so crowded that I thought the consultations were just running late... I never expected it was because I was overlooked...)
