I went for a consultation because I had a slightly bulbous nose? My nose tip had a bit of flesh. I thought it would be simple since it wasn't the bridge, just removing the flesh on the tip, but it turned out that narrowing the nose tip was more difficult than I expected. If it had felt like a sales pitch, they would have recommended surgery, but they spoke honestly and professionally, so I decided to hold off on surgery. It was a consultation I could trust.
