I visited for a nose surgery consultation, and both the consultation manager and the doctor were kind. During the doctor’s consultation, they looked carefully and didn’t push surgery too much, which I liked, and they explained things in a gentle, easy-to-understand way The consultation manager was kind, but I felt they were overly friendly and strongly pushing same-day booking, which was really exhausting That part was a big minus, so I ended up changing my mind and going to another hospital
