The order is to see the doctor first, then have a consultation with the manager. Maybe because the doctor was a little tired, I felt more like they would take care of everything for me rather than explaining things in detail. Other clinics looked closely at my eye scar and stretched it out to examine it in detail, but maybe because they had seen many similar cases, they just took a quick look. The before-and-after photos they showed were what I wanted, and they checked symmetry carefully too. They also honestly said they couldn't promise an uncertain result. I trusted them, and the manager was kind and not pushy at all, so that was good, but I was bothered because they called my old epicanthoplasty scar a milia cyst. The doctor who did the surgery before had done it badly and touched the area too far down, and even a dermatology clinic before said it was a scar, not milia, but the doctor didn't look closely and said it was milia, and that's the one thing that bothered me I'm thinking about whether to go back for another consultation.
