He honestly told me when something couldn't be done. He said he only does surgery exactly twice a day, so I chose this hospital. Before surgery he also did the design very carefully, and during surgery he kept telling me to keep my eyes open and carefully matched both lines. But the manager was rude, and even at the one-month follow-up, I had made all the arrangements and went there, but the manager hadn't booked the appointment, so I couldn't meet the director and went home.
