The manager was kind, and the doctor was good too, but I got the impression that it was a factory-style clinic, and that the makeup room and procedure room were not clean. Of course, that is separate from the director’s skill, but I still didn’t feel good about it. Shrink was less painful than I expected, and the doctor was kind, so that was good.
