I had underarm hair removal 10 years ago. It was a factory-style dermatology clinic, but up to now everything has been gone except for one single hair growing here and there. The procedure seemed to go quickly, and the turnover rate seemed fast too. The cost at the time also seemed quite reasonable. The person who consulted with me and the doctor were both kind.
