The director spoke in a very straightforward manner, which made me trust him. He spoke quickly and laid out several methods. By giving me multiple options and explaining the results of each, it made the decision easier. When the consultation ended, he left in a hurry, so I thought maybe he had been rushed during the consultation too. Still, the confidence I felt through the consultation and the prediction of the results made my expectations for the surgery high. And perhaps because he had been doing this for over 20 years, he understood things very quickly. The consultation with the manager was also something I could understand, and I did not ask about the estimated cost, so there was no further consultation.
