First, the waiting time here was long, about 20 to 30 minutes?? But the coordinator, the manager, was doing the consultation and, um, how should I put it, she was talking like she was the doctor, saying this and that could be done. I thought she was the doctor, but then the real doctor came and just said the manager could do this and that, so I just went along with it. In the end, I talked more with the manager than with the doctor.
