I had a full-face fat grafting in August 2007. One of my acquaintances had nose surgery, and after a consultation they went ahead and did it right away. Because I had so little facial fat that I looked like a skeleton, I used abdominal fat, and I was very satisfied after the surgery. Later I lost about 4 kg, and the grafted fat went down a lot too. I think that's why there's a review saying you should lose as much weight as possible before getting the graft.
