There was no manager consultation; right after I arrived I waited a little and then they just told me to sit in the procedure room chair, and the doctor came in and started the consultation. He pressed on both sides of my nose, explained briefly that this side was more sunken and what kind of result I could expect, then told me to ask any questions. I asked three questions, and when he asked whether I preferred a nasal side incision or an incision inside the mouth, I chose the nasal side incision and he said he also thought that would be better. What was different from other hospitals on the day of surgery was that the doctor himself took the before photos? It was my first time. Anyway, the reason I chose it was that from the introduction section it looked like they only do anti-aging surgery, and for paranasal augmentation they said the nasal side incision method is technically more difficult but has a higher satisfaction rate, so it seemed like they were confident. There was no aggressive sales talk and they were quick, so I chose them.
