I went to ask about ElastiQ, and they also recommended fat grafting. The doctor said that if I did lifting, my face volume would look like it would die down a bit, so they recommended doing fat grafting together. It wasn't bad compared to the estimate, but I wasn't planning to do fat grafting too, so I passed.
