My chin was kind of blunt, so I had fat grafting done for a longer shape, but with fat there are limits to how slim it can make you. As time passes, it spreads out. Still, more than 80% of what was injected has settled well, and just in case I went to a radiology specialist separately to check for calcification and inflammation, and they said there was none at all, blood flow was good, and there was no clumping, with the fat layers settled beautifully like my own tissue.
