They spent much longer on the consultation than I expected and told me when something wasn't necessary. If this counts as overtreatment, there wasn't any of that. I liked the consultation. In fact, it was more like, let's try this first and then add something later. But besides the consultation, I disliked everything. From the staff to the waiting, etc., even with a reservation I had to wait over 2 hours. I understand because it was peak season, but if that's the case, I don't know why they even take reservations. The staff were so rude. From the front desk to the manager So rude that I didn't want to get the surgery.
