I even made a reservation in advance and went, but after waiting a long time they suddenly said the director had gone into surgery only then, and asked if I could come at a different time. And they weren’t even really apologetic or anything; it was more like they were annoyed at me, basically saying to come at another time, the director is in surgery so what can you do, if you don’t like it, forget it. With that kind of response, I probably would have kept waiting just because I had already waited so long, but I got so upset that I decided I would never have surgery here and just left. So yeah, I never even saw what the director looked like.
