The director explained things very thoroughly and clearly, and I liked how they made the necessary points easy to understand, but the consultation with the manager was also long.. Personally, I think pre- and post-consultations with the manager are better when they’re short and simple, and I also felt a bit of pressure to book on the same day, so I ended up wondering whether I really needed to do it here.
