First, they charged a consultation fee, and there weren’t many people waiting, so I was almost immediately taken in for the consultation. The consultation manager was generally kind, and unlike some managers, she didn’t push overly hard, which I liked. Then I met the doctor, and even though he seemed busy, he answered all my questions. He recommended a line, but since I had the eye shape I was aiming for, I told him that, and he adjusted the line again and showed me how it would look.
