There was a bit of a wait before the consultation, but that's the same everywhere, so it wasn't a major downside.. I went in for a revision consultation because my buried-suture double eyelid had come undone, and they recommended incision. I also asked about canthoplasty because I heard To Be is good at it, but they said my eyes did not actually need it and advised me not to do it, which made me trust them more...! But in the end I had the procedure done somewhere else, and it came undone again, so I keep regretting that if I had done it here... The consultation director was also remembered as very kind.
