After I had protruding ear surgery at another clinic and it went horribly wrong, they saved my ear. My ear cartilage had turned deformed and been pulled back too much, and it was a completely ruined ear, but the director here saved it. I’m truly so grateful. Before I went to Bona for a consultation, I had gone to two places and both said my ear couldn’t be fixed.. I’m really, really grateful to Director Kim Young-soo
