I had a procedure with Director Lim Heon-gak, who is no longer there. He was kind and did the procedure well. It was my first procedure, and I was very satisfied. After that, I went to Alice Clinic again, but Director Lim Heon-gak wasn't there, so I got treated by another director. The manager handled the consultation by himself, and the director just came in, gave the injection, and left. I was dissatisfied.
