It’s a typical factory-style dermatology clinic. Without a consultation with the doctor, you only consult with the manager, and you only see the doctor during the procedure, so the manager ends up speaking on the doctor’s behalf. I got Pico Fraxel about 15 times, and up to now I just trusted they were doing it well, but after going to another dermatology clinic I learned for the first time that there is Pico Hypo Fraxel and that I should have had that done.. What this means is that, in fact, at Alice Clinic there is no way for me to know whether I’m currently being treated properly or not.
