The front desk staff responded so clumsily that I wondered if this is normal at plastic surgery clinics, but the consultation with the manager and the director was good. The director also had pride in their work, and it was nice to watch the surgery videos while listening to the explanation. The manager also looked like their surgery had gone well, so I'm still considering it. It was a consultation from last year, and they said the price went up this year.
