When I went into the consultation, the director already knew how the surgery would be done and explained the key points clearly, so I was so captivated that I didn't even think of asking questions and left as if bewitched But there were a lot of extra charges, so that felt a bit burdensome The consultation manager also did a good job of advising me appropriately.
