So the clinic must be watching and blocking them lol. Then I guess you should read this post carefully.) There is a reason why the reviews are bad. I'm writing this review honestly and confidently! This is the essence of this community, so don't ask to have it deleted anymore! So I'll be objective and exact. Long post ahead. Please read this if you're considering them. This happened after they changed the doctor who used to handle my treatment. I came at my reserved time, but the staff asked whether, 'during the procedure,' they could do another customer first and then continue with me. I was already undressed except for a gown, and I couldn't be late because of the schedule, so I refused. The doctor also said it would be right to finish me first and then do the other person. But maybe because of the next customer, they finished much faster than the usual treatment time. My treatment usually takes about 40 minutes, but that day it was done in just 10-15 minutes. And they had always done the laser without contact, but the new doctor used some kind of stick-like tool touching my skin. Maybe it's a difference in style, but I found that uncomfortable, so I had them remove it and continue. After that I watched my skin condition and oh my god.. I'd been going for almost a year and had always been satisfied with the results, but the hair removal was so incomplete! It was patchy beyond words I was so upset that I called to say so, and when I went back after that, the doctor said they usually work by pressing with the stick and that even they weren't satisfied with how it turned out that time.. Anyway, that day they were thorough, but the problem is after that. Only that one day was thorough, and after that it was just so-so.. Other patients may be satisfied at that level. But since I had been going to this dermatology clinic and comparing it with the previous doctor, I never got satisfactory results. And before each treatment I always discussed with the doctor which area and how I wanted it done, and the doctor would ask first, so feedback would go back and forth. But when I told the new doctor my requests, they wouldn't answer and kept saying things like, 'Last time it was done like that,' as if making excuses, which made it feel like I was the one being unreasonable.. So every time I had to say something, I felt self-conscious It was uncomfortable and exhausting to go in for treatment every time. It felt like I was paying my own money just to walk on eggshells. Isn't a dermatology clinic supposed to be a place where you get treatment comfortably, leave feeling good, and end up prettier and even happier? Read this and judge for yourselves..
