I started going here because of the Apogee Plus laser hair removal machine at one point, but.. they make a huge fuss like something terrible will happen if you're even a little late, yet they themselves overbook appointments and make you wait an hour past your reservation time.. I was worried I'd be late for another appointment, so I hurriedly added a hair-removal item and got treated, but they fired the laser even on the area that had no hair, then demanded payment including that area, and later when I called to request a refund, they said it was a package price so they couldn't, and that they could only refund me after deducting 400,000 won per session lol. I told them that even consumer protection rules say that's illegal, and they stubbornly insisted that I'd signed a consent form used at the time of payment before the treatment, so it couldn't be done Sigh.. In the end, I didn't want to go to that clinic anymore, so I transferred the package to an acquaintance.
