I went for a consultation to remove it because after nose surgery my nose felt stuffy due to a deviated septum. The hospital facilities were very clean, and since there was only one director there, it felt big. He also runs a YouTube channel, and in person he seemed younger and was very nice. First I took photos and then had a CT scan. (free) The manager only checked basic information and passed it on to the director; the director handled the consultation. It was a consultation for removal, but he did not recommend full removal and instead advised taking out the silicone and lowering the bridge. He said it looked like the original septum could still be used. Looking at the CT, he checked the implant height and said that if the septal tip comes down, the inside of the nose may feel more comfortable, so I should wait and see. He didn't seem to push surgery unnecessarily. Of course, the manager did not pressure me to make a reservation. After that there was surgery, and the consultation was very kind and detailed. They also run a cafe, so if I have questions later I plan to ask there.
