Because of a personal issue, I got there 30 minutes later than my appointment time, and it was basically almost closing time, so I was honestly half giving up on the consultation, but I was so relieved that it was still possibleㅠ The doctor seemed a bit flustered during the consultation, but unlike other hospitals he explained, with reasons, why I shouldn't have the dorsal hump osteotomy, which made me trust him a bit. I was really sorry that the consultant manager had to stay late because of me, but even then she was so kind that I felt even worse. Honestly, the staff kindness is a 10 out of 10. As for the hospital facilities, it's better not to expect too much.
