They charge ten thousand won for the consultation fee no matter what. They also apparently do not refund it if you cannot go to the consultation. So I had no choice but to throw away ten thousand won and then pay another ten thousand won to make an appointment for another day. I can already tell how customer service is handled from here. Then while waiting for the appointment, the line was so long that I had to wait more than about 30 minutes. The doctor is very confident in his surgical structure, but he cannot explain it in detail. I think he probably believes ordinary people would have a hard time understanding even if he uses technical terms. I was thinking about surgery here, but after going for the consultation I gave up on it...
