I consulted about a hooked nose. The director explained things kindly, which was nice. But in the middle of the explanation, they showed actual surgery scenes, and since I can't handle surgery scenes, that was gross. My hook nose is severe, and they said shaving it down, silicone, and ear cartilage would be enough. It bothered me that it's not a proper plastic surgery clinic but a dermatology clinic. Also, it was far from home and the price was higher than I expected. They also took a reservation deposit for the consultation, so I thought everyone did that, but that wasn't the case lol. The manager explained things kindly, so I was grateful.
