I had double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, and I still haven’t needed a revision and I’m living well, haha lol I had a lot of fat on my eyelids and no visible crease. Back then they said I was opening my eyes with my eyebrows, talking about ptosis and all that, but I’ve been living just fine without any major inconvenience, haha. It was 10 years ago so the price and all that are a bit fuzzy, but what I do remember is that the surgery was a success!
