Ugh, I had surgery here in 2022 and they used L-shaped silicone for my nose lol (it was in 2022, not 22 years ago). Just a little searching makes it obvious that L-shaped silicone was a prosthesis that was phased out over ten years ago.. The starting point is extremely high, it looks like an avatar, it's shifted to the right, and it became a Squidward nose. The worst.
