My nose was bulbous and the area between my brow was deeply sunken, so I got a nose filler. They explained both domestic and imported products. Retention period -> imported > domestic / Procedure cost -> imported > domestic / After-treatment reviews -> imported = domestic Pain level -> the same (the first anesthesia injection seemed the most painful to me). I tried both. In short, if you’re not going to have surgery, filler seems like the best. But the real downside of filler is that you can see it fading... that hurts. I also keep getting square-jaw Botox, but maybe because my jaw muscles are big, I don’t think it has been very effective.
