I got pigmentation toning laser treatment, and I had a consultation with Director Baek Nayoung. She kindly explained every question I asked. I booked a package of five sessions, and when Director Baek Nayoung did the procedure, she was very thorough and went slowly. She always asked right before treatment whether the previous session had been okay and whether I had any questions or discomfort, and then proceeded. But there was a day I went in on a day when my assigned director wasn't off, and a different female director did the procedure that day. She did it so carelessly and quickly that it honestly felt like a waste of money; by the time I had even one treatment from my usual director, I could see some of the melasma fading and there was quite a bit of scabbing, but that other doctor didn't leave a single scab and the melasma was unchanged~.. When I told Director Baek Nayoung that the other director had done it too carelessly that day and that it bothered me, she just said each doctor has a different treatment style and that some people do it quickly with strong intensity, and she ended the conversation nicely, so I let it go, but I never want to be treated by that female doctor again. I think her name was Director Baek Jinyoung. Before this happened, I even recommended this place to my younger sibling, and they said that maybe that doctor had been the one in charge because it felt too rushed and careless. Also, the front-desk staff aren't openly rude or anything, but their way of speaking when handling things? That kind of thing is a bit off, and even though I made a reservation by phone, there was a day when my booking had been omitted. Anyway, after all five pigmentation laser sessions, it definitely faded a lot. But I think I still need about 2-3 more sessions.
