It may seem formal, and I’ve just started going around to hospitals this time so I’m not sure how other places are, but I got the impression that they were thorough. The director kept checking my eye condition, and since my eye had loosened after a buried suture, I was glad they explained in detail why an incision was needed and what condition my eye was in. There was a discount for same-day booking, but to me the difference felt a bit off, and the manager was kind.
